Farmer’s Market in Pangman, Saskatchewan
Monday, August 10th, 2009There is a Farmer’s Market here in Pangman, Saskatchewan on Saturday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We have had a table at the Farmer’s Market with a selection of our used books and some of the crafts that I make (knitted dish cloths and baby blankets) as well as some children’s puzzles.
Below is a photo of the Farmer’s Market held on July 11, 2009.

The above photo appeared in “The Weyburn and Area Booster” paper on July 25, 2009. My husband, Phil and I are at the first table in the photo.
At the Farmer’s Market this past Saturday, August 8, 2009, there was a pancake breakfast. The Honourable Dustin Duncan, Minister of Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sports of Saskatchewan attended the Pancake Breakfast and the Farmer’s Market. Phil and I visited with him at the breakfast and later he came over and purchased a book from our table.
I hope everyone is having a great summer.
